4. Love yourself for who you are now.
You don't have to wait to get thin to start loving who you are. Most people feel that they can't dress nice or look attractive, just because they're overweight. This is simply not true. Beauty isn't about being thin; it's about who you are on the inside that counts more than anything. Don't feel that you have to dress frumpy, because the way you dress affects how you feel. Dress up, and look good now. Doing this, will help to encourage you to lose weight.
